The hotel features a fantastic spa area with both indoor and outdoor sections. i particularly enjoyed the variety of pools, saunas, and steam rooms available. the grounds are beautifully maintained. I could barely hear any planes.

The gardens were fantastic! The underground baths are very nice too. The reception staff were really helpful. The dining room staff were nice also.

The spa access was not included in the rate. I had to pay extra for this service. Breakfast was not included in the basic cost. The cost seemed high for the room.

I really enjoyed the food and ambiance at the restaurant. The thermal pool provided a relaxing experience. Carlotta at reception was friendly and helpful, always smiling!

I found that there was a slight odor of raw sewerage in the bathroom.

The breakfast included delicious lattes made to order and glasses of Prosecco. The staff invited me in to enjoy the breakfast buffet even before it officially opened. That was really kind! The service was perfect from check-in to check-out.

The spa circuit has outdoor jacuzzi tubs and various indoor options. I particularly loved the scented Turkish steam bath and the waterfall showers. The beautiful buildings and lush grounds created a serene setting.
